最新獲悉，經過近一個月的磋商，中國最大的緊固件行業媒體金蜘蛛與全球著名的美國緊固件期刊《American Fastener Journal》在2006年5月8日簽署正式合作協議，相互指定成為兩國唯一合作伙伴。這一合作的正式達成，意味着中國緊固件企業將有更多機會直接走上國際舞台，它將會對我國緊固件行業的發展產生非常正面、積極、深遠的影響。
《American Fastener Journal》（以下簡稱AFJ）是具有24年曆史的著名美國緊固件專業雙月刊，每期全球發行13,000冊和45,000讀者，並擁有一批全球知名的緊固件營銷和技術專家為其撰稿。
金蜘蛛源於1998年，網上三大系統（中文版、諮詢系統和英文版）及《緊固件》季刊頗負盛名，目前有網上會員2萬家，同時諮詢系統會聚眾多頂尖專家，《緊固件》季刊發行一年多，口碑非常之好，還發行《金蜘蛛緊固件黃頁》和《緊固件採購指南》。
此次強強聯手包含的內容有：相互獨家授權使用期刊的文章、網上各欄目合作、中國獨家廣告代理和訂閲期刊。 隨着合作正式展開，國內業界人士和採購商將通過《緊固件》季刊讀到由金蜘蛛翻譯的AFJ上的精彩文章，吸收全球知名的緊固件專家的經驗與智慧，瞭解業界的營銷和技術最前沿的發展趨勢，這對中國緊固件企業的做大，尤其是做強提供更多有益的幫助。
與此同時，金蜘蛛也將會為AFJ提供有關中國緊固件行業的文章，發表在AFJ期刊和網站上，讓全球業界和採購商瞭解中國緊固件行業的發展，創造更多的合作機會。

AFJ and ChinaFastener.info Enter Into An Exclusive Agreement

Mike McGuire, Publisher/Editor of the American Fastener Journal (AFJ) announced effective May 1, 2006 that he has entered into an exclusive agreement with www.ChinaFastener.info and their publication FASTENER, a quarterly Chinese fastener magazine. In the agreement, both parties will trade and give permission to publish fastener related articles for each magazine. Articles received from ChinaFastener will be translated into English for publication in the American Fastener Journal and also for posting on the AFJ website under the heading FASTENER NEWS NOW tab. Credit will be given to each publication for the articles. The logo for the American Fastener Journal will be posted on the ChinaFastener.info website. The ChinaFastener.info logo will be posted on the American Fastener Journal website www.fastenerjournal.com.
ChinaFastener will be the exclusive agents for selling advertising to the China Fastener Manufacturing Companies, Trading Companies and Exhibitions held in China for the American Fastener Journal. As previously announced, Doug Zirkle will handle the advertising for the China Fastener Machinery manufacturers located in China. ChinaFastener will also handle all international subscriptions received from China.
With this agreement, Mike McGuire stated that “we will have daily updated information on the Chinese fastener industry and how it might or will affect the American fastener distributor and/or fastener manufacturer”. He continued, “This valuable contact will help keep the American Fastener Journal on our mission statement to be the leading source of information for fastener professionals”.
